We keep it simple. Just bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and we'll cover the rest!
You'll be most comfortable in yoga pants or leggings with a semi-fitted top. We are a barefoot studio, so no need for special shoes. If it fits your fancy, we're fans of ToeSox too and not only sell them but wear them ourselves!
Our classes are an hour long, and you should expect a challenging full body workout and get to that shaking point -we're known for that. We strive to offer a positive and encouraging environment. Good vibes only.

I'M NEW TO BARRE, HELP!

No problem, there's modifications for most injuries. Please inform the instructor in advance so they can advise you of the modifications, and so they can maintain your safety throughout the workout. Pregnant? No problem either, we can accomodate and provide a safe class for you too. 
We definitely encourage you to sign up in advance. You can visit our Classes page, or using the MindBody Connect app you'll be able to view our class times and book in advance.
A freshie, we love you. We welcome all ages, body types and fitness levels. Our instructors are trained and certified, and will be giving you the rundown on proper form, and will give you the attention you need to make sure you're getting the most of your workout. Please arrive for your first class at least ten minutes prior to class so we can help set you up.

Of course. You can place your account on hold for a minimum of a week once a quarter. Please notify us in the studio, or you can email us at [email protected]
